- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆As with most DMV's, expect long waits because of lots of people who can't speak English and usually they're understaffed...like 2 people operating the place...and when one's out with someone taking a driving test, it's just that much longer to wait. If all you need is a renewal, plain and simple, go to the Girard Courthouse and get it renewed there. If you have to change anything, though, you'll have to wait at this place and I feel very, very sorry for you.By Jim Workman, January 08, 2017
